We welcome engaging, thoughtful content that not only inspires our readers but also educates them about sustainable lifestyle choices. We will consider articles sharing innovative ideas and stories about eco-friendly fashion, non-toxic living, and sustainable home.
Application process
As a guest contributor, your content should be engaging, thoughtful and original. Before agreeing to any contribution, we’d like to see previous examples of your writing on similar themes and your content ideas for Good Maker Tales. Please also provide your contact details, social media, and, if applicable, website URL to verify your authenticity.
Editorial guidelines for content:
- Length: Articles should be 1,500 – 2,000 words.
- Originality: Only original human written content, unpublished elsewhere.
- Ownership: Full ownership of the content to be transferred to Good Maker Tales so that it cannot later be published elsewhere.
- Content quality: Articles must contain valuable, insightful information with appropriate keyword usage, specific to the ethical and sustainable fashion, home and lifestyle niche. Articles that are not written to a high standard or with grammatical, spelling or typo errors will not be accepted.
- Images: Ensure rights for all images used. Include the source name and confirm permission for use. Jpg or webp files minimum resolution 1,000 x 700.
- Format: Articles to be submitted as Word documents.
- Author bio: Provide a short bio (50 words max) and a personal photo for your contributor profile.
- Links: Linking to your website is allowed and a minimum number of high-quality sources will be expected. However, referencing other sites or affiliate programs is not permitted.
Other conditions:
- Sharing your post on social media is encouraged.
- We reserve the right to edit content for style, tone, and audience engagement. We also reserve the right to decline content.
- Articles may be potentially translated for our global audience.
